Galloping in from Clermont for the ROBOTICON FIRST Robotics Competition Off-Season, it’s team 2797, Knight & Nerdy, from East Ridge High School in Clermont!
For almost 20 years we have competed around the state of Florida. But our biggest impact is the outreach we provide to the areas around Central Florida. Through our STEM Crusade all students should be able to experience STEM in some format. Our team name is a homage to White & Nerdy by “Weird Al” Yankovic.
Team sponsors include: Lockheed Martin, Lake County Schools, Walt Disney Imagineering, K&N Robotics Trust, and Johnny B’s Cards & Sports.
You can see Knght & Nerdy in the ROBOTICON Off-Season October 17 & 18 by securing your free guest tickets here.
