Stealthily approaching from Plantation comes FIRST Robotics Competition team 2383, The Ninjineers!


Team 2383, The Ninjineers, hails from Plantation, Florida and is comprised of 7th-12th grade students from American Heritage School in Plantation, Florida. The team has been around since 2008 and is going into its 12th season participating in FRC this year. The Ninjineers also help to cultivate new generations of student engineers by hosting an FRC themed robotics summer camp for ages 10-13 and an FLL themed summer camp for ages 7 – 9.

Amongst numerous community outreach activities, they spread the message of FIRST in their community. During the school year, the Ninjineers also mentor two FLL Teams and have hosted an annual FLL practice tournament for the past two years. This August, the Ninjineers started their first, FTC Team 16391, the Rising Ninjas. The Ninjineers pride themselves on their
“NinjAssist” program. With this program, the Ninjineers help other team’s in the FIRST community at and during competitions, by helping with any questions they have or help they might need; Mechanical, Electrical, Programming i ssues or Management question.

Not only do they do this during competition, they also assist other teams throughout the year, by hosting teams in their lab. The Ninjineers wouldn’t be where they are now without their sponsors, they would like to give an awesome shout out to, American Heritage School, Boca Bearing, FPL – Florida Power and Light, and Motorola Solutions.

You can catch these stealthy Ninjineers at ROBOTICON Tampa Bay 2019 at the University of South Florida Yuengling Center October 12 & 13 at the Yuengling Center!
